Tropical Wedding Theme

This is how I would like my cake to look like.
We chose the tropical wedding theme because we just love going to Jamaica on our vacations.
We are planning to marry in Jamaica and on our return we are holding a reception with a tropical theme. It will only be us and a few close friends and relatives at the ceremony.
Invitations to the wedding reception will have a tropical sunset inside a heart, this will also be on our reception menus, place cards and thank you notes.
My wedding dress will be a knee length dress made in white chiffon, which I will also wear to the wedding reception.
My wedding bouquet will be made up of cymbidium orchids, which I will also be wearing in my hair.
My wedding cake is going to be a four stack cake, each cake layer being a different flavor; chocolate, passion fruit, macadamia nut and banana. It will be frosted in white butter cream icing and decorated with fresh cymbidium orchids the same as my bouquet.
My wedding ceremony will take place in Jamaica on the beach so there is no need to decorate here.
For the reception decorations we will be hiring several artificial palm trees from the local party hire store.
The table centerpieces will be made up of 9 inch diameter glass bowls (which I will also be hiring). I will place one in the center of each table, half fill with water which will be colored blue with food coloring. These bowls will them have some colorful floating fish candles inside. Around the bowls, will be scattered tropical confetti in the shapes of suns, starfish, palm trees, fish, octopus, etc.
We will also be draping large fishing nets around the reception room.
The wedding favors will be miniature folding beach chairs with some chocolates.
